SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Locations We currently ship to addresses within Australia only. We do not offer international shipping.

Processing time Orders are processed within 1-4 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once order is dispatched.

 Delivery timeframes Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are:

Metro areas: 3-8 business days

Regional areas: 5-10 business days

Remote areas: 7-14 business days

Please note these are estimates only. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier schedules.

Delivery issues while we take every care in packaging our order, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
